National PTA Names Mill Hill Elementary a
2018-2020 National PTA School of Excellence!

We are excited to announce that Mill Hill Elementary has again been named a National PTA School of Excellence for 2018-2020! Through the National PTA School of Excellence program, Mill Hill has made significant progress to welcome and empower families to support student success and school improvements. Mill Hill had previously been named a National PTA School of Excellence for 2015-2017 - one of the first four schools in Connecticut to receive this honor.
Mill Hill joins an elite group of schools recognized by the National PTA for its partnership with families through the PTA to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being for all students. Click here for more information on the National PTA School of Excellence program.
The School of Excellence Committee, a collaboration between Mill Hill parents and staff, works to identify opportunities to strengthen the Family-School Partnership at Mill Hill and and enrich the educational experience of our children. We are looking for new members to participate in our Committee for the 2022-2023 school year. Committee members meet every other month to identify new opportunities and help shape existing School of Excellence Programs.
